BRASSARD-Ms. Liette Brassard, age 59 years, a resident of Thunder Bay passed away peacefully with her daughter Jeannette Godin and cousin Lorraine Frappier at her bedside, at the TBRHSC on June 6, 2008. She was born on August 11, 1948 in Angliers, Quebec. She moved to Thunder Bay in the 1960's with her mom Mary Brassard. Liette is survived by her son Darrell Brassard, daughter Jeannette Godin, grandson Evan Godin-De Wolfe, sister Anita Bernard, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, an aunt, and an uncle. She was predeceased by her parents Mary and Alex Brassard. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2008 when family and friends will gather for Funeral Mass at 10:30 am at Corpus Christi R.C. Church, celebrated by Rev. Richard Kowalchuk. Interment in Mountainview Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to service time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Thunder Bay District Humane Society or the Northern Cancer Fund would be appreciated.
