Bliss: Miss Mary Ida Bliss, age 90 years, of Castleview Wychwood Nursing Home, Toronto, Ontario and formerly of Thunder Bay, Ontario, passed away in the Toronto-Western Hospital, on September 3, 2009. Born in Fort William, Ontario, she attended local schools, and then the University of Toronto, from which she graduated with a Batchelor of Science in Nursing. She was employed by the V.O.N. and the Red Cross in the District before taking a position with Imperial Oil in Toronto, from which she retired, after many years of service. She is lovingly remembered by her sister , Catherine Fell, Thunder Bay, Ontario , nieces; Pamela Servos, Guelph, Ontario, Catherine Harling, Waterloo, Ontario, and nephews William Roberty, Erin, Ontario, John Fell, Thunder Bay, Ontario and Peter Fell, Sydney B.C. She was predeceased by her Parents, C. Liddon, and Mary Bliss, and her sister Ena Roberty. A Graveside Services for Mary Bliss will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2009, in Riverside Cemetery, Oliver Road, Thunder Bay, Ontario at 11:00 a.m. conducted by Rev. Peter Smyth of St. Michael & All Angels Anglican Church. Services entrusted to Sargent and Son Funeral Home , 21 N. Court Street, Thunder Bay, Ontario, P7A 4T4
